Now this was just a terrible film. They tried to piggy back off of the huge success and cultural phenomenon (too much?) that OFFICE SPACE was and that’s all it did. It used OS as the marketing tool to get people remotely interested into seeing what this film was about. Jason Bateman had some moments here and there that were somewhat redeemable, but overall this film did NOT work for me in the slightest. It was nice to see Ben Affleck playing an easy role for once. Haha. *The typical stoner*. The fellow intense stoner was also an interesting character that gave a fresh breath to the film. He was just enjoyable to watch. Kind of like Brad. The character that was supposed to mimic the boss from OS was the manager from WAITING – and for me there were a couple of seconds here and there were it almost worked with him, but overall it was too forced.

Mila Kunis did an ok job, but it’s hard to have any type of meaningful performance in a film that is so poorly written and constructed. I would not recommend this film in the least. Watch OFFICE SPACE instead and try to forget that you even heard about this film.
