Harry Potter And The Prisoner of Azkaban

There isn’t too many novel to film series that capture the amount of creativity, fan loyalty, and social response that Harry Potter has elicited in the past several years. I used to be a reader fan of the series, but I died out right in the middle of the fifth book. It really started to drag out and become awfully … *dare I say* … boring. But my wife is reading them through, so whenever she finishes a book we go out and rent the DVD. HP3 is my favorite of all the films released so far, and actually it is my favorite of the novels. It has a very dark side to it (the demeantors help build that dark and dreary vibe).

Harry Potter 3 Trailer

The films/novels create such a unique and interesting world that it is hard to NOT get caught up in the allure of it. I guess somewhere deep inside the kid inside of us comes out and delves into the adventure and mischief as the Hogwarts crew does. I don’t really feel like writing more about Harry Potter anymore. Ever seen HOCUS POCUS? Really liked that flick – definitely need to revisit that soon.
